Virginia Department of Public Works is replacing an Odor Control Facility at the Norman M. Cole, JR, Pollution Control Plant. Aarow will perform the electrical work including installation of two septage receiving tanks, a new waste manifest building and renovated control building receiving new panelboards, transformers, PLC, starters, PA, Security, and fiber optic lines for communication to central control building. Underground work includes over 1000 foot of electrical duct bank housing both PVC 40 and RGS conduit, and installations in classified areas. Our certified PVC Coated Rigid conduit installers perform installations wherever exiting concrete or underground. Aluminum conduit will be installed exposed outdoors. We work closely with plant management mitigating impact on plan function throughout the project. Aarow provides testing and commissioning of electrical installations.
