High-end tenant fit out on floors 14-20 totaling 168,067sf. Electric work included all power, fire alarm, UPS', new generator, high-end lighting and controls. 81 different types of fixtures equating to 3000 light fixtures and over 1000 control devices with 12,000' of control wire per floor were installed in a 4 month period. Fixtures had long leads from custom foreign manufacturers. The project required close coordination with drywall/ceiling/millwork trades with heavy field measurements to produce factory shop drawings for all linear runs with pin point accuracy.
