Complete renovation of an existing 91,826 square foot research laboratory building. Electrical work included all new lighting, controls, fire alarm system, telecommunications rough-in, site duct banks, MV feeders/splices/ terminations, extensive surface raceways within laboratory areas, new diesel generator and rough-in for a Toxic and Combustible Gas Detection and Alarm System.
