Complete lighting retrofit, and mechanical systems upgrades with more energy efficient methods and systems in 6 buildings on the Washington Navy Yard campus. Included retrofitting existing fluorescent fixtures with LED, HID fixtures with T5's and installing occupancy sensors throughout.
