Rick Steele joined Aarow in 2015 and adds more than 30 years of experience in the electrical construction industry to the team. As Chief Operation Officer, Rick is involved in all day-to-day operations ranging from business development, estimating, directing pre-construction, to overseeing projects from award to completion. Rick has proven to be an articulate communicator, capable of building lasting relationships with senior management, clients, partners and vendors. His history of success in a wide variety of projects includes Federal Government, Government contractors, Mission Critical Data Centers, high end tenant fit outs and historical renovations. With an emphasis on communication and lasting relationships, Rick will be focused on delivering superior results by creating successful partnerships throughout the construction process.
