Chet has 33 years of documented success in Electrical Project Supervision and General Construction Supervision. Chet has served as the outside Superintendent on numerous concurrent projects during his employment at Young Electrical Contractors, Inc. prior to founding Aarow Electrical Solutions, LLC. His responsibilities at Aarow include overall coordination of electrical work with other trades, supervision of all manpower, ordering/releasing of materials, scheduling and planning of electrical installation, and Quality Control and Safety of all electrical work. Chet is a determined, “hands on” leader who ensures that the job gets done while working closely with other trades. He has an extraordinary record with very successful project coordination and planning of complex phased electrical installations. Chet is especially skilled at building effective, productive working relationships within the construction team, specifically with the general contractor and other trades supervision. He is committed to the highest levels of professionalism, quality work, and project completion on schedule within budget.
